I was about to be very angry after the girls had to lower the bar, it's good that they want new blood for Liella... but going as far as to nerf themselves for the sake of new recruits its insane, no one in their right mind would do that because that's how competition work IRL, not only for idols but in many other fields as well.

If anything, what they can do is segregate the new recruits with a rookie regime supervised by the senior members, it's harsh I know but it's the right tactic until the new members get used to everything and can go toe to toe with the veterans... and I'll even go as far as to not allow the rookies to join gigs until they master the essentials.

But anyways... episode was great, the ED was lovely, and we can all agree that Shiki is on her way to become the surprise of this new season? Because I think I found a new favorite character in her.

I agree with you if they have so many members like more than 12... if they did that when they have only 6 members they wont get any new recruits more like season 1 again with regular curriculum vs special curriculum and thats not a good impression... so the only option is to keep their standards or they low their standards in sake of new recruits...!!!

I really relate Kanako! As someone who's not very athletic, I understand how it feels like you're not progressing fast enough and holding your team back. I really like her!

I dont get why they didnt just have a separate routine for 1st years to have them ease into their routine. That would be a lot healthier and less taxing for "fast gains" for others, and they could even have the 1st hour where the 1st years train separately with a slower tempo and then the final practice hour they could join them in the session. Their space on the roof is big enough to do that. Anime logic hhnnnnnnghhhh ;-;
